Raspberry & dragon fruit smoothie bowl

Ingredients

For the Smoothie base

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 1/2 rolled oats (optional for the extra nutrients)

For the toppings

  • Your choice of fruit (I chose dragonfruit, red currants & raspberries)

Directions

  1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender
  2. Place in a smoothie bowl
  3. Top with the toppings
